2025 Transpower individual price-quality path
Transpower’s price-quality path that will apply revenue limits and quality standards from 2025.
This is the fourth regulatory period in which Transpower has an individual price-quality path in place.
Transpower’s price-quality path was set in 2024 for the current regulatory period, which commenced 1 April 2025.
On 29 August 2024 we published our RCP4 Final Decision on expenditure allowances, quality standards, compliance obligations, IPP-specific information disclosure requirements, and the revenue path design.
On 20 November 2024, we published our RCP4 Final Determination and Companion paper.
On 4 December 2025, we published our final amendment determination to the Transpower Individual Price-Quality Path 2025, related to the delivery risk adjustment.
On 1 September 2026, we published our consolidated version of the Transpower RCP4 2025 determination, to include changes made by the Government Grants related to income amendment determination.
