Orion's transition to the default price-quality path
In October 2016 we advised how the 2015-2020 electricity default price-quality path will apply to Orion.
The default price quality path is needed for Orion when its 2014-2019 CPP expires in March 2019.
Orion will transition to the 2015-2020 electricity default price-quality path for the last year, unless it seeks another CPP. Orion’s allowable prices for this year are equal to the prices allowed at the end of its CPP, excluding claw-back, with an inflation adjustment.
