2011–2015 Transpower individual price-quality path

This was the first regulatory period in which Transpower had an individual price-quality path applying to it under Part 4 of the Commerce Act.

A key feature of this price-quality path was the revenue limits that were established in the form of forecast maximum allowable revenues.

Prior to this Transpower was operating under an administrative settlement. This was established under the now repealed Part 4A provisions of the Commerce Act.
