We asked approximately 3,600 residential consumers about their satisfaction with their mobile provider.
We publish the survey results as a ranking to help inform consumers about which providers offer the best customer service for mobile.
These rankings reflect the results of monthly surveys conducted from October 2024 to June 2025.

In publishing these results, we are not giving advice or making recommendations. Rankings are updated regularly based on the previous nine months’ survey results and only mobile providers with a sample size of at least 10% of total respondents are shown. Smaller providers who are not listed offer their own level of customer service and may be able to provide you with a more personalised service.
