We publish rankings to help inform consumers about which providers offer the best customer service for mobile and broadband.
Our rankings are based on data received directly from providers or from our ongoing independent survey of approximately 3,600 residential consumers every nine months.
Average Call Wait Time
We asked providers to tell us the average time that their customers waited in a queue before speaking to a customer service representative.
Times are calculated as the average for the three months ending 30 September 2025.
