Current information disclosure requirements for fibre

We require providers of fibre fixed line access services in Aotearoa New Zealand to disclose information detailing their performance.

This includes important data on pricing, current and future expenditure, quality performance and financial statements. Historic disclosure data is available.

In the future, we will provide analysis of this information to help interested parties understand how fibre providers are performing individually and when compared to others, and to track changes over time.

Below you will find the current information disclosure (ID) requirements that apply to fibre providers and other relevant information.

A more detailed view on Fibre due dates can be found in the Information Disclosure Due Dates calendars for Chorus ( 14 KB, XLSX ) and ID-only regulated providers ( 15 KB, XLSX ).

Our ID requirements may include amendments made to the principal determination since 2021.

We publish a Fibre ID public issues and guidance register to record any issues or queries stakeholders raise about implementing the ID requirements, and our responses to them.

Exemptions to ID requirements may affect the due dates and reporting requirements set out in the determination. Read more about the most recent exemptions.
