Webinar about changes to the Grocery Supply Code
The Commerce Commission is hosting a webinar on the Grocery Supply Code 2025 which comes into force on 1 May 2026.
The Grocery Supply Code sets out rules for the conduct of the regulated grocery retailers (Woolworths New Zealand, Foodstuffs North Island and Foodstuffs South Island) when dealing with grocery suppliers.

Background
Changes to the Grocery Supply Code come into effect on 1 May 2026, and the regulated grocery retailers have until 1 June 2026 to make offers to address any inconsistencies between existing grocery supply agreements and the Grocery Supply Code 2025.
