Investigation of an online trader for advertising to supply, offering to supply, supplying goods that may fail to comply with a Product Safety Standard or an Unsafe Goods Notice, in particular households cots, baby walkers and prohibited inclined infant sleep products. The trader is also being investigated for misrepresenting children’s car restraints complied with approved standards.
