Walond Limited t/a Look Sharp

Walond Limited (trading as Look Sharp) has been fined $292,500 after pleading guilty to six representative charges under sections 13(g) and 13(i) of the Fair Trading Act 1986. Between January 2021 and August 2023, Look Sharp made false or misleading representations about the price of products, as well as consumers’ rights to refunds or exchanges for faulty products under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
