Ultrafast Fibre Limited

The Commerce Commission has issued compliance advice to Ultrafast Fibre Limited (UFF), regarding UFF’s reporting obligations under its Fibre Deeds. We consider that UFF is likely to have breached clauses 10.1 and 11.3 of its Fibre Deeds by not providing its annual certification and disclosure of arm-length dealings to the Commission in the timeframes specified under the Deeds. We were not satisfied that UFF’s failures to comply were attributable to events outside of UFF’s control.
