Two Degrees New Zealand Limited has been warned for likely breaches of sections 11, 13(e) and 13(h) of the Fair Trading Act. Two Degrees engaged in conduct liable to mislead the public as to the suitability of wire maintenance services by allowing fibre or wireless customers to purchase the service despite it being unsuitable for those connections. Two Degrees made misleading representations when it sold and invoiced the wire maintenance service to fibre and wireless customers about the use, benefit, or need for the service.
