The Good Guys Limited

The Good Guys Limited (in liquidation) has been warned for likely breaching section 17 of the Credit Contracts Consumer Finance Act by failing to disclose to customers key information applicable to consumer credit contracts as set out in Schedule 1 of the Act. Including, terms in a standard form consumer contract which were likely to be unfair contract terms for the purposes of section 46L of the Fair Trading Act.
