The Commission conducted a preliminary investigation into whether Primary Health Organisation (PHO) Contracts with General Practice Owners are subject to the unfair contract term (UCT) regime in the Fair Trading Act 1986. The Commission considers it cannot take further action as the majority of contracts fall outside of the UCT regime.
