The operator of the mrbo.co.nz website and the “cheese3015” and “tcbwholesale” Trade Me accounts has been warned for likely breaching section 10 of the Fair Trading Act by engaging in conduct that is liable to mislead the public as to the nature, characteristics or suitability for a purpose of racing suits which were described as “Sparco”, “FIA 8856-2000 Rated” and “fireproof” when they were none of those.
