The Commission has completed an investigation into anti-competitive conduct in the wireless internet service provision industry. We have issued a warning letter to Lightwire Limited and one of its employees, Mike Cook, in respect of an alleged agreement in breach of the prohibitions against cartel conduct in the Commerce Act.
