Foodstuffs North Island Limited

In August 2024 the High Court imposed a penalty of $3.25m on Foodstuffs North Island for breaches of s 28 in relation to anti-competitive land covenants in Napier and Wellington that had the purpose of blocking competitors from opening or expanding rival supermarkets.
