Evolution Cycles Limited

The Commission has warned and accepted court enforceable undertakings from Evolution Cycles Limited to resolve its investigation under s 30(1) of the Fair Trading Act into an alleged breach of the product safety standard for pedal bicycles. The investigation related to children’s bicycles that did not have a back-pedal brake as required by the product safety standard.
