Callplus Services Limited, t/a Slingshot and Orcon has been warned for failing to comply with the information specifications required under section 83 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 for the 2012/2013 Telecommunications Development Levy year; providing incorrect information when responding to the information specifications required under section 83 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 for the 2012/2013 Telecommunications Development Levy year; and providing incorrect information when responding to section 98 notices issues under the Commerce Act during October 2013 in relation to our assessment of compliance for the 2012/2013 Telecommunications Development Levy year.
