BP Oil New Zealand Limited
The Commission has decided to file criminal proceedings against BP Oil New Zealand Limited for alleged breaches under the Fair Trading Act 1986, in relation to allegations that the company failed to give customers discounts they were entitled to, and charging incorrect prices. Charges will be filed in the District Court in due course.
