Advantage Tyre Solutions (formerly trading as Beaurepaires) has been fined $243,000 after pleading guilty to six charges under sections 13(c), 21C, and 36U of the Fair Trading Act 1986. From 1 August 2013 until 31 July 2023 Advantage Tyre Solutions offered a ‘Road Hazard Cover’ extended warranty.
