Ace Marketing Limited; Mr Sandip Kumar

The District Court has banned Ace Marketing Limited from providing credit under consumer credit contracts; and Mr Kumar from providing credit under consumer credit contracts, acting as a director or taking part in the management or control of any business that provides credit under consumer credit contracts, and from being in the employ or acting as an agent of a creditor that allows Mr Kumar to take any part in the negotiation of consumer credit contracts. This ban is effective from 1 November 2022 for a period of 5 years.
