Price lists and adjustments
The standard terms determination price lists set out the prices Chorus can charge for its regulated copper services.
Annual price adjustments
The adjustment provisions of the standard terms determinations (STDs) for Chorus’ regulated copper services allow the price of certain regulated charges to be adjusted in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index.
Each year Chorus must provide notice to the Commission of its proposed changes to the charges, and the Commission must approve or decline the proposed changes within 20 days of receiving notice.
