Commerce Commission releases Mergers Q&A
The Commerce Commission has today released a video Q&A with its Head of Mergers, Sam Holmes, and Mergers Committee Convener, Derek Johnston.
The conversation covers changes the Commission has recently made to its mergers processes. Upcoming changes to the mergers regime are also discussed, including how the Commission is preparing for recently announced amendments to the Commerce Act.
