Winstone Wallboards Limited

The Commission undertook an investigation into complaints that Winstone Wallboards Limited (part of the Fletcher Building Group) had acted anti-competitively in the manufacture and supply of plasterboard. We took no further action as a result of the investigation concluding that there was no evidence that Winstone had breached the Commerce Act.
