The Commission has completed an investigation into anti-competitive conduct in the wireless internet service provision industry. We have issued a warning letter to StrataNet Limited and one of its Managers, Brett Hobbs, in respect of an alleged agreement in breach of the prohibitions against cartel conduct in the Commerce Act.
