Motor vehicle finance lender and motorbike seller charged credit fees that the Commission alleged were unreasonable. The Commission also claimed disclosure was incomplete and the description of establishment fee was misleading. The Court ruled that the fees were unreasonable. The Court also found that the disclosure was compliant and the establishment fee description was not misleading. This is the first of two separate judgments of the High Court.
