The Warehouse Limited t/a Noel Leeming

The Commission has filed eighteen charges under sections 10, 11, 13(i), 13(a), and 40(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1986 against The Warehouse Limited t/a Noel Leeming. The Commission alleges Noel Leeming engaged in conduct liable to mislead the public relating to its “Price Promise”, made false or misleading representations to customers regarding the existence, exclusion, or effects of guarantees, rights or remedies including in relation to guarantees, rights, or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993; and through its promotions engaged in conduct liable to mislead the public. The charges relate to the period from 19 July 2020 to 18 July 2025.
