Finance 4U Limited; Director of Finance 4U Limited

The Commerce Commission has accepted court enforceable undertakings from Finance 4U that it breached the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003. Finance 4U and its director have agreed to remediate all affected borrowers. The Commission has also accepted enforceable undertakings from Finance 4U and its director that they will not offer credit to any person(s) under consumer credit contracts from the date of the undertakings.
