Chorus Limited

The Commission is investigating Chorus Limited’s potential breaches of section 201 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 and the Chorus Fibre Deed 2011. Our investigation into potential breaches of section 201 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 has now concluded with no action required. The Commission will continue investigating Chorus’ compliance with section 5 of the Fibre Deed.
