The Commission investigated whether the non-price terms of Chorus Limited’s point-to-multipoint layer 1 fibre access services (PON Fibre Access Service) offer complied with the equivalence and non-discrimination obligations under its Deed of Open Access Undertaking (Fibre Deed). The Commission decided not to progress the investigation further and closed the investigation without taking enforcement action.
