On 28 November 2014 we published our decision to reset the 2010-2015 default price-quality path. Our reasons for this decision and the determination that distributors must comply with from 1 April 2015 are available below along with other supporting information.

Orion New Zealand scheduled to transition to default price-quality path in 2019
On 1 April 2019, Orion New Zealand is scheduled to transition from its customised path to the default price-quality path that is applicable to the distributors listed above. This means Orion New Zealand will only be subject to the default price-quality path for one year before the end of the regulatory period.
