Commerce Act: Extension to Burns Philp clearance application

The Commerce Commission and Burns Philp & Company Limited have agreed to a 24 hour extension to allow further consideration of Burns Philp's application under the Commerce Act for clearance to acquire up to 100% of the share capital of Goodman Fielder Limited.
