The Commission has completed an investigation into anti-competitive conduct in the sustainable packaging industry. We have issued a warning letter to The Better Packaging Co. Limited and one of its directors, Rebecca Percasky, in respect of an alleged attempt to enter into a customer allocation agreement in breach of the prohibitions against cartel conduct in the Commerce Act.
