The High Court has imposed pecuniary penalties of $51,000 on Canterbury Industrial Scrubbing Limited (CI Scrubbing). CI Scrubbing and its director, Daniel Jamieson, admitted to engaging in price fixing and market allocation with a competing industrial cleaning services provider in breach of section 30 and section 27 via 30 of the Commerce Act.
