B & C Fashion Limited has been warned for likely breaching section 30(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1986, by supplying Peppa Pig push along toys and a set of aquatic creatures which do not comply with the mandatory product safety standard for children’s toys. When the toys were assessed for compliance with the safety standard, they were found to present choking risks to children aged 36 months and under.
