Wholesale Pricing Reviews under section 42 of the Act are a review of the pricing terms for a designated access service that were determined by the Commission under section 27 or 30M of the Act. The Commission has not had to fully complete a pricing review as applications for pricing reviews have been withdrawn (see archive).
