On 31 October 2008, the Commission published Authorisations for the Control of Supply of Natural Gas Distribution Services by Powerco Limited and Vector Limited. These Authorisations expires on 1 July 2012, or earlier if repealed.
Vector/Powerco Authorisation
The Vector/Powerco Authorisation has been superseded by price-quality regulation under Part 4 of the Commerce Act 1986.
