Unbundled Copper Local Loop Final Pricing Principle
On 5 February 2013 the Commission received five applications for a pricing review determination for the UCLL service under section 42 of the Telecommunications Act. The Commission is now obliged to review the UCLL prices that were set in the UCLL benchmarking review in December 2012.
