Unbundled Copper Local Loop Backhaul Service

The Commission issued its final Standard Terms Determinations for the designated service Telecom's unbundled copper local loop network backhaul (telephone exchange to interconnect point) on 27 June 2007.

The Commission is currently consulting on a review of the competition assessment for both the UCLL Backhaul service and the UBA Backhaul service. Documents relating to the compeition review are available on the UBA Backhaul competition assessment webpage.
