The Threshold Reset process has been suspended following the enactment of the Commerce Amendment Act 2008. Following repeal of Part 4A on 1 April 2009, the thresholds for suppliers of electricity lines services regulated under the Commerce Act 1986 (as amended) are deemed to be determinations made under section 52P of that Act that apply to each supplier as if the thresholds were default price-quality paths.
A process to develop default price-quality paths applying from 1 April 2010 has begun in 2009.
