Commission to reconsider bitstream decision

The Commission will reconsider pricing aspects of Decision 582. That Decision deals with the supply by Telecom of bitstream to ihug and CallPlus. Following the reconsideration, the Commission may amend the pricing terms. In the meantime the Decision remains in full force.

Commission receives application for bitstream reconsideration from CallPlus

The Commerce Commission has received an application from CallPlus for reconsideration of Decision 582 so far as it relates to the price of the regulated bitstream service supplied to CallPlus by Telecom. This follows a similar application by ihug Limited.
