Under section 30R of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the Commission may, on its own initiative, commence a review, at any time, of all or any of the terms specified in a standard terms determination.
The Commission has undertaken/is undertaking, the following section 30R reviews of the UBA STD (links below lead to review project pages):
- 1st competition test for the UBA STD (commenced in June 2010 - ongoing)
- review of UBA Data Costs (commenced in February 2010 - final decision 28 July 2011)
- review of UBA pricing (commenced 3 March 2011 - final decision 28 July 2011)
