This review considered all UBA pricing components that were not included in the data transmission cost review undertaken contemporaneously by the Commission. This review included (but was not limited) to:
- how overage is treated;
- the ISP charge; and,
- the avoided retail costs discount.
A final decision on both reviews was released on 28 July 2011.
