As agreed under the administrative settlement with the Commission entered into on 13 May 2008, the Commission undertook an annual review of Transpower's non Part F capital expenditure proposals, with the purpose of setting an amount to be used as a threshold under the settlement.  The last of these reviews was conducted in 2010.

This process has been superseded by processes under the individual price-quality path regulation. Our decisions on the expenditure proposal for 2012 to 2015 are available at opex capex review 2012/13 to 2014/15.
