Review of Transpower’s non Part F Capital Expenditure Proposals

As agreed under the administrative settlement with the Commission entered into on 13 May 2008, the Commission undertakes an annual review of Transpower's non Part F capital expenditure proposals, with the purpose of setting an amount to be used as a threshold under the settlement.  The last of these reviews was conducted in 2010.  This process has been superceeded by new proceseses under individual price-quality path regulation.
