Repealed Part 4A (before Commerce Amendment Act 2008)

Since 1 April 2009, Part 4A of the Commerce Act 1986 has been repealed by the Commerce Amendment Act 2008.

Prior to this, the Commerce Commission, as part of its regulatory responsibilities under Part 4A of the Commerce Act, was required to set thresholds as part of the targeted control regime for large electricity lines businesses.
