Sub-Loop Services Standard Terms Determination - Space Workshop on 31 March 2009: Matters for Discussion - 27 March 2009 PDF (87 KB): The Commission has received submissions and cross-submissions from parties on material released on the 30th January 2009 in relation to the Sub-loop Co-location Service space allocation issues.1 As proposed in the Commission's email of 24 March 2009, the Commission now intends to hold a workshop to discuss the more practical space allocation issues raised in submissions.

HDP means the handover distribution point on the Distribution Cabinet DF.
HSE Act means the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992.
Invitee includes any employee, agent, contractor, subcontractor or visitor. Permitted Use means:
(a) operating and installing, maintaining, repairing, altering, removing and/or
replacing the Access Seeker Equipment; or
(b) having installed, maintained, altered, removed and/or replaced any tie cables connecting the Access Seeker Equipment to the HDP block(s) or another instance of the Access Seeker Equipment or an Other Service Provider's equipment or a network fibre cable for backhaul, exclusively for the purpose of access to, and interconnection with, the Sub-loop Network pursuant to the Sub-loop Services.
