The Commission completed the Mobile Termination Access Services Standard Terms Determination on 5 May 2011.
Under the MTAS STD the Commission will monitor the mobile market to determine whether cost-based MTRs are addressing the competition concerns that where considered in the MTAS STD decision. Information about this monitoring of the mobile market can be found here.
