Unbundled Copper Local Loop Final Pricing Principle
Project status: Scoping and issues discussion paper for UCLL TSLRIC due 30 May 2013
On 5 February 2013 the Commission received five applications for a pricing review determination for the UCLL service under section 42 of the Telecommunications Act. The Commission is now obliged to review the UCLL prices that were set in the UCLL benchmarking review in December 2012.
Orion customised price-quality path proposal

On 20 February 2013 we received a proposal from Orion for a customised price-quality path (CPP) that takes into account Orion’s extraordinary circumstances following the Canterbury earthquakes in 2010 and 2011.
Transpower Information Disclosure

The Commission is currently developing information disclosure requirements for Transpower that will apply from 2012/13 disclosure year.

Additional Input Methodologies for Electricity and Gas DPPs
Project status: Cross submissions on draft input methodologies published
As a result of a High Court judgment, the input methodologies we determined in December 2010 for cost allocation, asset valuation, and the treatment of taxation applying to customised price-quality path proposals and information disclosure regulation have been specified as also applicable to default price-quality paths.
