Complaints about the register

You may complain to the Commission if you consider that Chorus is in breach of Section 69O.

You may make a complaint to the Commission if you consider that Chorus is supplying telecommunication services to a person who is consuming 25% or more of the services provided themselves.

In your complaint you should include clear reasons why you consider that a breach exists and  provide the Commission with any  supporting documents.    

The Commission will consider all written complaints alleging a breach.
