Part 4A of the Telecommunications Act 2001 contains provisions for the Commerce Commission and service providers to enforce undertakings made to the Commission or the Crown in relation to ultra-fast broadband, standard terms determinations issued by the Commission, and other statutory and regulatory obligations.
The attached document provides guidelines for making complaints to the Commission, and describes the Commission's processes for investigating complaints.
The Commission is in the process of developing a formal complaints handling regime which will be released in the new year.
